Arkansas's minimum wage is set at $5.15 per hour based on a 40 hour work week and is applicable to employers with four (4) or more employees. The new rate of $6.25 per hour will take effect on 10/01/06. Any employment subject to the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act is exempt from state law.
