| Minnesota's minimum wage is categorized into Large employers and Small employers. Enterprises whose annual receipts of $500,000 or more are subject to a minimum wage of 6.15 per hour. Enterprises whose annual receipts are less than $500,000 are subject to a minimum wage of $4.90 per hour. Overtime pay is designated after 48 hours are worked within a week.
