Nevada adopts the Federal minimum wage rate by reference. Based on a 40 hour workweek, the minimum wage is set at $5.15 per hour for an 8 hour work day. However, a scheduled 10 hour work day for 4 days a week may be implemented if it is agreed upon by the employer and employee. Federal overtime regulations apply.
