Ohio's minimum wage is set at $4.25 per hour based on a 40 hour workweek. However, if an employer's gross annual sales are between $150,000 and $500,000 the minimum wage becomes $3.35 per hour based on a 40 hour workweek. Also, if an employer's gross annual sales are less than $150,000 the minimum wage becomes $2.80 per hour based on a 40 hour workweek. Minimum wage is scheduled to increase to $5.15 on 6/30/06.
