| The basic minimum wage for Oklahoma is $5.15 per hour for those employers with ten (10) or more employees and for those employers with an annual gross sales of $100,000 (whether or not they have at least 10 employees). All other employers have a basic minimum wage rate of $2.00 per hour. Oklahoma adopts the Federal minimum wage rate by reference and excludes those subject to the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act from State coverage. Federal overtime regulations apply.
