Contingency Fee Representation

For overtime FLSA cases, if we represent you, it will likely be on a “Contingency Fee” basis.  For our attorney’s fee, we receive a percentage of what we recover for you.  Costs and expenses can reduce your recovery as well.  However, under the unpaid wages calculations of Federal law, recovered damages can include your attorney’s fees and costs.  We will answer all of your questions in detail about the terms of our representation and put that agreement in writing.  We look at each case individually.  If we cannot help you, we may know someone who can.
